About Us
The Resilience Relief Organization (RRO) was established in the Somali region of Ethiopia with the aim of providing aid throughout Ethiopia, particularly in the Somali Regional State. The organization is dedicated to improving the lives of marginalized and vulnerable women, children, and youth in remote and hard-to-reach areas. Its mission is to empower these groups to express their feelings and advocate for their rights assertively, while enhancing their livelihoods and alleviating their suffering.
RRO initiates ideas and works in a structured manner to create favorable conditions for promoting their interests. It employs integrated and harmonized approaches based on its core areas of intervention, which include Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH); Food Security and Livelihoods; Education; Women Empowerment; Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) and Harmful Traditional Practices (HTPs); and HIV/AIDS. The organization operates on both a local and national scale, collaborating closely with all stakeholders, including government organizations and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
RRO focuses on mobilizing community resources to address these issues effectively, working collectively with government bodies, NGOs, and the community to foster development and improve overall welfare.
The power of what we perform lies in our capacity to develop interactions that put the inhabitants of the community at the front position of their own progress development. Enhanced by the capacity to build confidence and accepting, it is our genuine focal point on community to partner with them and partnership that makes out our work.
Growth development is not what we perform for the population; it is relatively we perform with them. We consider that the people who value their needs paramount are the people of the community itself
We create diversity by engaging with communities, governments, the private sectors, and cooperatives as partner for better quality—bringing together complementary strengths and shared responsibilities to work toward common goals.

RRO is a Civil Society Organization committed to operate in partnership with hard to reach communities in Somali and Oromia regional state of Ethiopia to bring about sustainable, impactful transformation that recovers the lives and livelihoods of the poor vulnerable.

Is to strive to achieve a broadened opportunities for a secure and sustainable livelihood for deprived community with emphasize to women, children and marginalized groups who are the articulated theme of the organization.
Is to save lives by fighting poverty and Illiteracy that threaten the lives of vulnerable Refugees- children, women, Youths and marginalized groups in the Somali and Oromia regional state of Ethiopia.
